It all started in a garage....

When I was a young mother with hardly any direction in life much less career plans, a small charter bus company owner gave me a chance. He was working his company in preparation to leave his "day job" and let's just say organization was not a strong point. 

I was hired to do a one time job to help prepare him for an onsite inspection. After combing through tons of boxes, bags and folders of receipts and truck logs I was able to get everything in order on the list and he passed his  site inspection! Well, that was just the beginning. I went on to help him secure first college contracts and then we set our eyes on the big prize, federal contracts. We worked together to come up with a plan to improve his processes and eventually secure military movement contracts. I remember watching him go from a 1999 Vanhool to a 2006 MCI (that was a big deal for us). I knew then that I wanted to work with other small business owners to take them from their garage to worldwide in the services they provide!
